4. Transaction Process:
- CP Classic Car Auctions acts solely as a platform for facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not hold titles to any vehicles listed on our platform.
- Upon winning an auction, the buyer is responsible for completing the transaction with the seller according to the terms specified in the listing.
- CP Classic Car Auctions is not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between buyers and sellers. However, we encourage users to contact us if they encounter any problems during the transaction process.
5. Fees and Payments:
- CP Classic Car Auctions may charge fees for certain services, such as listing vehicles or using premium features. Any applicable fees will be clearly outlined to users before they incur them.
- Buyers are responsible for the Buyers fee, up to a maximum of £7,500, which is automatically debited at the end of the auction.
- Buyers are responsible for paying the final auction price, as well as any applicable taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
6. Intellectual Property:
- All content and materials provided on CP Classic Car Auctions, including logos, trademarks, and copyrighted materials, are the property of CP Classic Car Auctions or its licensors.
- Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from CP Classic Car Auctions without prior written permission.
